Strætó app error when paying with AUR

There is an error in the Strætó app when users are buying tickets with AUR.


When customers are buying tickets with AUR, they do not receive the ticket.

We are working as fast as we can to fix this error, but right now, we ask customers not to use AUR to pay for the tickets in the Strætó app.

Customers who have encountered this error can contact us via endurgreidslur@straeto.is and request a new ticket or a refund.

Please note, that customers requesting a refund must provide the first 6 and last 4 digits of the debit or credit card that was used.
